We want you to love everything you order from Reaction Hour—even if we’re still figuring out how to adult in the world of P.O.D.

Below is our Return & Refund Policy, based on the policies of our trusted print providers: MyDesigns (with SwiftPOD) and Gelato.com.

Damaged or Defective Products

We’re all about good reactions, not bad surprises. If your item arrives damaged or defective:

  • You can request a free replacement or a full refund.

  • Contact us within 10 days of receiving your order via:

  • Please include:

    • A clear photo of the issue

    • Your order number

We’ll take it from there (and maybe cry into our coffee if it's our fault).

Returns & Exchanges

Because all items are made to order, we don’t accept general returns or size/style exchanges.

But hey—we’re not monsters:

  • If your order goes missing due to an incorrect address, we can refund the product price (shipping and additional costs excluded).

Quality Guarantee

Not happy with the print quality? We’ve got your back.

  • Contact us within 30 days of receiving the item.

  • If Gelato’s Quality Assurance team confirms the issue, they’ll send a free replacement order ASAP.

What’s Covered:

  • Damaged or defective posters

  • Wrong item quantity

  • Noticeably poor quality (not caused by your uploaded content)

What’s Not Covered:

  • Minor color variations (due to the printing process—machine types, settings, humidity, and other wild science stuff)

  • Returns (because each poster is custom-made, there is no return address)

Lost Orders

If your poster is lost in transit, reach out within 30 days of the estimated delivery date. We’ll send a replacement for you.

Returned to Sender

Orders may be returned due to:

  • ❌ Wrong Address

  • ❌ Rejected by the recipient

  • ❌ Unclaimed at local post office or carrier hub

If that happens:

  • Please place a new order within 30 days

  • Contact us so we can report the issue and refund the product cost of the replacement (shipping not included)
