🛍️ When will my order ship?

T-Shirts & Tumblers:
We partner with MyDesigns and SwiftPOD. Orders are typically produced within 2 business days, then shipped. Shipping times depend on your location and method selected at checkout.

Posters:
Printed and shipped by Gelato.com, usually from a facility near you! This reduces delivery time and your carbon footprint.


📦 How long does delivery take?

Posters via Gelato:

Shipping Method Estimated Delivery Time
Economy Shipping 4–6 business days
Express Shipping 3–4 business days

These timeframes include production, packaging, and shipping. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.


🔄 Can I return or exchange an item?

Since everything we sell is made-to-order, we do not accept general returns or exchanges (like changing sizes or colors after purchase).
If your order is damaged or defective, though—we’re absolutely here to help!


😢 What if my item arrives damaged or defective?

We're sorry! If your order isn’t perfect, we’ll make it right. You can request a free replacement or a refund.

Please contact us within:

  • 10 days (for T-Shirts & Tumblers)
  • 30 days (for Posters)

🚫 What if I entered the wrong shipping address?

If the address is incorrect and the item can’t be delivered:

  • The order may be returned or safely discarded by the carrier.
  • You’ll be eligible for a refund of the product cost only (shipping and additional fees not included).
  • You’ll need to place a new order with the correct address.

📬 My package was returned to sender—what now?

If your package is returned because it was:

  • Sent to an incorrect or incomplete address
  • Rejected by the recipient
  • Unclaimed at the pickup location

You’ll need to place a new order within 30 days and contact us. We can then refund the product cost of the new order (you still pay for shipping).


📭 What if my order never arrived?

If your order is lost in transit:

  • Contact us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date.
  • We’ll arrange a free replacement.

🎨 Why does the color of my poster look a bit different?

Great question! Print color can vary slightly due to:

  • Printer type and settings
  • Paper type
  • Room humidity
  • Even when the machine was last cleaned!

Small variations are normal and not covered under our quality guarantee. But if something looks really off, please contact us—we’re happy to help!
